The consistency of these cream highlighter and contour shades is very dry. They recommend adding a drop of oil to them to make them more hydrating and blendable. I will definitely try that next time I use them.

Samantha Jane Ahh, hate that. I think the medium shade would work for you though!
She is right. Three of the shades in the medium overlap in deep. So you'd probably be good getting the medium. That's the one I ordered. I'm about a half shade darker than NC45 (usually I mix NC45 and NW43 for my perfect shade)

I received my medium kit, it's perfect. Definitely didn't need dark. Hope that helps

What these young men and women offer here on UA-cam takes courage and a brew deal,of time. I am also a makeup enthusiast, health and wellness coach and skin care consultant. I have been asked for the past 3 years to do tutorials. What I am learning is you will never please everyone and someone will always nit pick. I have watched many of this young lady's tutorials and she touches my heart with every video. She reminds me of a younger "Me"! She is so close to perfect, it's scary. hey makeup doll i just wanted to let you know the coral color in the palette is for the dark spots on your face and once you use that you can mix the nude and cinnamon color to get the perfect shade. She pretty much provided what you needed all in one

one of the most helpful contour and highlighting tutorials I've seen. we have the same facial structure, so it was really helpful seeing where I should contour and highlight on myself.
Could of showed what you did at the end too tho. Like the powder set then spray or whatever

Some of the other girls on youtube also commented that the product was a bit dry so they mixed it with a little drop of argon oil and they LOVED It.

Awesome video. I received these yesterday and absolutely loved them. What I like most is how light weight they are. Like, they are pigmented but not thick or heavy like an actual concealer and still feel light even after setting with a powder. Waiting to lose these two pimples sitting on my right cheek so I can do a demo video lol. You r so pretty!

i bought the powder contour kit but i customized my color because im a black chocolate girl lol but was disapointed because CAROB was the same color as my skin maybe just a tiny bit darker but not enough to give me a real contour/ i dont know if it makes a difference because i dont wear foundation i have pretty good skin so i never wear foundation i just dont want to start using foudation just to use the contour powder i just wish ABH had maybe one shade darker then CAROB im sure a lot of WOC like me on the deep side could benefit from it !! good video as always!! maybe you could check my channel im a new youtuber mua from canada mtl
i was wondering since she said they were coming out with a fair palette if you're ligther than the light palette if they were coming out with a deeper palette for the deeper skinned ladies as well....
i now but i customized my palette with the shades that are already available and the darkes if you go o their website is CAROB and i dont think they gonna add darker shades #darkskinproblem
I actually found a shade from kryolan its their DermaColor Camouflage Cream d15 is an actual contour color you should try it
Woodly Elan they have a Palette in their DermaColor like "The Caribbean" Palette plenty of shades for brownies
