Williamson himself said House Of Brainiac isn’t an event. Its technically just the next arc in his Superman run but they made it a crossover between the two titles just to save time.
Is he still doing Action Comics? Is Jason Aaron coming back?

So much for the comment I left on the other video. I REALLY hope they don't just do a status quo reset on Lex Luthor and just have him come out of the amnesic state "Hahaha I am Lex Luthor, great evil man!" I was really loving the character growth he was getting here, and you know even if it was all going to end up being part of a larger, devious goal, I think we were seeing some real change and development with the character, it was really fun and refreshing. Superman is just one of those characters where I think you can definitely have villains be reformed for a LONG time, if not indefinitely. Lex is superman's main antagonist, it's obvious he'll always be up to something wicked, but even still, I was hoping to see more of this reformed Luthor and more of Lex opening up and understanding both himself and why he has a vendetta against Superman. I hope, even if Lex comes out on the other side of this a villain again, it's less of a "I hate you Superman" type of motive, and instead more of a "I respect you for who you are, but stay out of my way." Who knows, this could be really fun, maybe have Lex fall under the influence of the Blue Earth movement or have him join the Superman family for a bit. I just hope that, whatever they do, they keep in line with the character growth he was experiencing.
Nope. He's back to being evil again
My only gripe is that Superman battles are way too short. Its like two pages and then its over. I wanna see two or three books of a hard fought battle with Superman and his greatest villians. Zobo and Brainiac are supposed to be a grand spectacle of a battle.
Its way too many supporting characters taking up real-estate in a Superman book. Its more talking than action in a Action Comics or Superman books. How Superman fights and overcomes a worthy adversary is very important in a story. DC is dropping the ball on that in my opinion.
Current day writers DON'T KNOW how to write Superman right!
I like that the Superman Family (including Lex, Lena, and Livewire) were able to defeat Brainiac and save the bottled cities before Lex sacrificed himself to diminish Brainiac’s intelligence. I find it sad and shocking that Lex had no memory of who he is. Let’s hope that Clark and Lena restore all of Lex’s mind and memories so that he can continue as a reformed person and not ruin character growth. Overall, this is a great comic and a great finale to the House of Brainiac!

Lex being a good guy is okay. Brainiac being a good guy? Heeeellz no! He’s basically pure evil. He doesn’t work at ALL as being remotely heroic or sympathetic! If he had to go out, this was an AWFUL way to do it!
And now Lex is reset, and back to being evil again
