To get the rank, go to the top left and click the icon next to the "HD" Admin thing then click "request" rank up or smt and rejoin. To join the military, just click thr icon with the mulitple people then scroll till you see "United States Military" then click join. For uniforms, just click the icon with one person then click the choices.
