Even the drone is shaking its head. lol Good on ya for tackling it. One of those places where you're going to stop to "smell the roses" whether you want to or not.
You may NOT believe me, and I wouldn't blame you if you didn't, but in 2009 at age 49 I rode my mostly stock '08 XR650L "up" Rose Garden Hill" with the mostly bald original dual sport rear tire. And there was NO 'go around' at the time. Had to pick up that 365lb bitch up 3 times. Last time I was on RGH it was a careful down hill ride. The hill is a lot worse now than it was then, but it was still "RGH".
Steve rode your bike because he can touch the ground solidly with both feet with his ASS PLANTED! :-) That setup makes slow speed hills climbs soooo much easier....
Great video. You really captured the difficulty of this trail. I was on it the end of last summer on a 100 degree day... It kicked our ass too. I am working on trying to get my local riding buddies to go back on a cooler day and redeem ourselves.

Exactly
Lol, great vid! Our 3 man Moab crew had a very similar experience there a couple years ago.
I rode up Rose Garden Hill last week and had just as much fun as you guys did.
Awesome

How about calling it Mini Erzberg Trail
Erzberg would be easier

Looked easy, but wow it was loose and ate my lunch.
