Lively and Porzingas just played important roles to their team winning. 2k doesn’t let you make a 7’3 low weight with decent speed and it’s not realistic
I’ve seen a lot of bad centers and very few good ones. It could be because they’re not max overall and have bronze badges. Even if they have a good build I’ve noticed a lot don’t know how to play center.
Joel Embiid isn’t light and he is arguably the best center in the league rn. My comment was more a joke about how 7 footers get injured all the time and/or end up like Bol Bol or Tacko Fall. My center build on 2k is 7’ 1” and I’d put it against any build that’s out right now 😈💪🏼
Mobility is and will always be the most important aspect of defense in basketball and 2K. You can’t defend if you can’t get to the spots on time

I made a 6’6 pf build and bigs are struggling. Rebound and interior are cheap and u can still get silver limitless, high strength, 89 dunk, ball handle/passing and gold interceptor. The max plus 1 gives hof immovable aswell. 2k really cheesed the smaller builds this year
It's a shame 2k makes tall centers that slow (even when extremely light), they overcompensate for the length
I personally wouldn't mind faster (with the ability to get like 65 speed or something like that) tall centers however if you make em skinny to get fast then they should heavily nerf the strength and things like standing dunk to the point of where it can only hit below important badge levels and animations.

They usually are though... Unless you're elite at timing your jumpshot, usually tall bigs are too much of a liability in too many areas. Usually not fast enough to block the way they need to (can't cut off guards) and even sometimes too slow to get to rebounds against faster smaller builds.
Works for HIS lineups not everyone. He’s a content creator he plays more than average id almost say no one should make his builds because as a solo player you’re not gonna play like he would.
After watching the video, the big played pretty good. Also, it looks like a brand new build. They didn't have their badge up otherwise, his badge dna wouldve been higher. All in all good video annd good games by both teams.

Laker! You inspired me to make something similar. I made a 6’7 PF which let me make your build but with 70 interior and 84 block for silver paint protector. Also got to a 93 strength for Legend strong handles, gold brick wall and HOF box out. Had to drop the perim to an 89 so I lost gold menace, but I made up by adding HOF Immovable.
91 overall 7'3 his badges definitely aren't up yet just off his pie chart

I made your stretch build 4 days ago and yesterday when I was playing with bros I was a center and me 6'11 with 80 dboard had 23 rebounds and their 2 7' guys and whole team had only 20 boards

The shorter you make your player, the higher you can make his attributes. So short builds especially this year have crazy attributes.

im really thinkin ab making this all my other builds having shooting and medium finishing but shooting is too inconsistent and i wanna dominate in the paint its too op
I made a 6'9'' PF with 7'5'' Wingspan. 0 Shooting, all dunk/rebound/speed and some ball handling. nasty build

I’m a center with 92 offensive rebound in 77 defensive rebound and I’m in position and I keep getting out rebounded. Do you have any answers for me?
Get your badges up. Was biggest difference from me on my C. Going from silver to gold was a monumental leap
First mistake was making a center that has a low defensive rebounds and only gold boxout badge
I think this is gunna be your year being a lock and your typical inside big. This build looks soupy. How you liking the 85 steal? I know you preached not pressing X last year to put you out of position. With the lanes being how they are this year, are you taking advantage of it?
Lanes are just so crazy on this game that I’m all for it in the right positions, like off a switch and stuff, or when it feels right. You can hear me complaining bout Bawny spamming X in this vid tho 😂
I hate when ppl with 75 pass accuracy says something about line steals ... They are ok ... Plsend good smart pass and you ok ... Or at least have high pass accuracy... On Ball steals is not crazy just pass lines ... But it's because no one want to upgrade them pass ... Mostly all builds have more than 90 steal but only some pgs have more than 90 pass accuracy
7’1 and below centers are good this year. You just have to know how to build them 😂😂

7'0 center is all u need if u got a higher ur slow and if u go smaller u could have trouble against a 7'0 with even a half decent build

A slow, non shooting big is always a liability in rec. I don't care how good you are.
They be the ones with 20+ boards too. I play with a 7’0 center everyday and it’s rare someone beats him. That 7’3 he playing is trash
You must not have played any rec this year. They’re putting up 20/20 and with all the spacing on the floor now you can still easily slash with a post scorer down low

I played a small pure inside last year on lakers build. It dominated. Just tryna expand my gameplay with a small stretch four this year though. Might make this build half way through the year.
