I reviewed the Fixifoot custom made insoles today. One 3.8k lap without, one lap with the soles. I think I got a bit too excited on the second lap. Not sure if it is just the sole that gives a full minute on a 16min course. It definitely felt like a very comfortable run and the insole allowed me to corner much better.
I really see this sole shine in the trail running shoes. As the custom soles add some extra weight to the shoe, your fast road running shoes might be impacted relatively heavily by the additional weight. However, since the sole adds so much stability and the trail running shoes are heavier than road racers anyway, the insole might be ideal for those looking for more comfort and speed in their trail running adventures!

Hi Natasha, long term review: I still wear them on recovery days and days when I am standing and coaching a lot. But not as insoles for a running shoe anymore. The race shoes I wear are stable enough and the insole does add weight to the shoe making them negate the weight of the racing shoes.
@@EffortlessRunning so far the one I got which is the basic insole manually formed which is usually 10000 pesos ,got it for 1300 pesos its on sale plus my nurse discount..I think its helping me.bec I have a high arch and the formed insole has a support for that.I use it for walking,biking.t
how much?
Depends on the type of insole. The ones I tested (and still use) are done in the shop for you. Not sure about the price for these ones but I believe somewhere around 200 USD.
