If you are near drain area, Don't buy LG AC where they claim black ocean protection, they show c or u bends painted in black in various places. This ac leaks in just 1 year or so. They will write "Ocean Black Protection feature is applied to indoor unit in split ac as shown in the above image.". Company takes no ownership when asked how it did not work. They will replace coil and gas for Rs 12000 approx, their technician will force you to replace coil and not repair coil. I have shared my real experience. LG AC with Black Ocean Protection is as good as ac without any protection. black ocean paint is just done of left c bends and not on c bends on the right side of evaporator and you will end up losing your hard earned money every year because you expect black ocean protection is everywhere because LG said it but they didn't apply it everywhere.
Same issue. We too live near open Drainage. ACs keep getting damaged. Did you find any solution for the gas leaks and corrosions?
my LG AC leaks gas every 6 months. luckily i have bought 2 Year AMC. AC quality is too bad..corrosion due to mangroves

Any AC can survive but I advice to use a shade on ODU to keep it safe and cool.

Bhai voltas ka ac purchase Kiya last year, shopkeeper bola blue fin coating hai indoor aur outdoor mein bhi. Jab ac install karne ke liye khola to sirf indoor unit mein coating thi outdoor mein ahi😢

You can't use non inverter ac.If all 3 acs are inverter then no problem.

Sir mera blus star split ac hai 12 saal ho gaye.mai regular dry service karati hu or saal mai ek baar water service.4 din pehle suddenly ac ke vajase best ka main switch jal gaya. Ac wale ne chcek karke bola ke ek baar main switch change karke dekho . Kyoni ac botton lagate he main switch drip kar raha tha. Main switch change kiya aur ac chalu kiya to spark hoke ac ke outdoor unit se green colour ka paani aya. Kya ac blast hua ? Muse naya ac lena chahiye
