For fans of this I recommend minoriteam. It was a cartoon on adult swim in the 2000s and it has ridiculous tropes like the ones found here and a similar old school art style.

John Byrne made him the figurative creator of Iron Man in his run. 3. Mandarin is an awesome bad guy.
