In my country we eat eggplants as salad, musaka, fried or stuffed with minced meat and other vegetables. For salad or for musaka we cook it in the owen and use another ingredients....is a lot to write it here but is delicious...Onions, potatoes, eggplants, cabbage, carrots , tomatoes, bell peppers and all sort of herbs are the main vegetables we use in summertime !! I will try your recipe !

Thank you for watching. The ingredients for the eggplant dipping sauce are: Mentsuyu (mixture of bonito flacks, soy sauce, mirin and sugar) uses garlic and ginger!
I have had a garden most of my life, I’m 61 years old. There are a few recommendations I would like to give on your garden please. First, mark off where you want it, remove as much grass and weeds from that area and then cover it with a dark landscape material. This will help to kill any leftover roots. Next, find an area to put a compose at. This can be built of wood or block. Any vegetable matter, grass clippings and trimmings go in it. Then, near it I would place a large metal barrel for burning yard debris. The ashes from the barrel can be used in the compose pile or in the garden. When it’s time to plant your garden, whatever earthworms you find in your yard, put the, in your garden. I usually by earthworms here for my garden every year. The birds like them too and also eat other bugs in the garden. I hope some of this will help you. Thank you both for letting us share this special time in your life.

茄子は、揚げ浸しはしたことがありませんでしたが、作ってみたくなりました。
我が家では、焼き茄子をよく食べてました。ぜひ作ってみて下さい
茄子の揚げ浸しは、造った事は、ありませんが、茄子とししとうを炒めて、煮浸しにして新生姜を千切りにしていれます。大葉は、使っていませんが、千切りにして、薬味にすると？風味が出て美味しいですね😏
🧄ニンニクは、あじの南蛮漬けにも合いますよ😃😋
茄子は、油と、相性が良いので、揚げたら田楽味噌に擦った🧄ニンニク混ぜを載せて食べても美味しいですよ😋😊

わたしは近くに田んぼも畑もない所で育ちました。19歳で結婚して初めて田植えや稲刈りや畑で玉ねぎやジャガイモの収穫をする経験をしました。主人の両親は何にも知らないわたしに少しづつ色々な事を教えてくれました。娘がいなかったので娘の様にゆっくり育ててもらいました。畑で採れた野菜で料理を作るのって素晴らしい事ですね。
家族皆んなで汗を流して育てた野菜たちは、尚更愛しいですね。とてもあたたかい思い出で素敵ですね。

昨日もコメントし、あなたたちの生活がとてもいいです。茄子の料理は、１．５ｃｍくらいに切って、薄い豚肉で巻いて焼くと美味しいです。また、それを４ｃｍぐらいに切って豚肉で巻き、衣をつけて、あげるととても美味しいです。コロッケのような感じで、ポン酢かケカチップソースで頂くといいです。

子供の頃食べた婆さんの茄子料理が恋しいのですが、レシピがわかりません。
揚げ浸しと言われればそんな気もするのですが…
醤油ベースの漬け汁（？）は濃い目で土生姜をおろしたのがしっかり効いていた…
それと大根飯は大根の甘味がノンストップで食べられる一品でした。
その茄子のお料理もとても美味しそうです…レシピ思い出したらぜひご教示ください〜！
