Nice little walk-about as I have heard about this city but never seen it. I have never tried balut and never want to. BTW, I actually like the taste of San Mig Apple but have never tried Sting or Cobra. You two take care and happy vlogging!

There’s a lot, depends on your preference, there’s Chicken Inasal, Lechon of course, according to the late Anthony Bourdain , when he visited Philippines’twas SISIG for him. There’s Kinilaw, dinuguan and the common one Adobo. Have you tried Batchoy while in Iloilo? They’re so good and the best. Also go to Batangas they have the best ‘Goto’… 👍
I was told by my other half if the balut has feathers then it's old already. I'm keeping an open mind to try a younger one when I go. To hold me to it though! Lol
