I was one of the welding foreman, being part of Ichthys Project in the Philippines AG&P we made 29 modules of LER/LIR , way back 2014... Congratulations to Saipem Castorone Team and Inpex Team as well as AG&P... GODbless us all
Good observation, there were 505 Australians and 74 New Zealanders working on the Castorone out of a complete crew list or 793 people when I was on board in May 2015 ( I checked the Personnel on Board list in my files) but not one of them was interviewed! I enjoyed working with them , very professional and laid back people. The video failed to capture the extremely high contribution of skilled Australians to the project. Next time Saipem should do the right thing and include our Aussies colleagues in the video.
