5:00. The conveyor leading over the top of the main console room has a hole adjacent to its 90deg turn where you can just drop right in, no additional hacks needed. You stand on it for about half a second at 5:05. FYI: if alarms are triggered, it seals itself off.
I was going to post the same thing its much faster. I know all the tricks in the book but I still hate spy missions. They are just tedious and boring to me.
@@Nikkattsu A shame. Many of my WF friends share your sentiment but I actually enjoy them myself. Makes me feel like an actual space ninja like when I first started the game. Nowadays I'm just dropping nukes over the maps and dashing through every tileset, not very ninja-ey. But spy only got cooler over time. I think unfortunately only players frustrated with spy missions will visit this video though, and by then they'll likely already dislike them.
I've learned some new different ways to complete spy missions from this video, thanks. But Lua spy mission has quite a few ways to complete. like the 1st and last Lua mission you've shown, there's a different path that's much faster and able to skip the puzzle and annoying mechanics. For example, in the 1st mission once you've entered the portal to the past and hack the console you can shoot the portal again for it to reopened, then you can go back to the present and just jump pass through the lasers without dealing with those jump, shoot, wall latch thing. And for the last mission there's away to skip the puzzle, just go to the left side door and there's a console that will pop up. After hacking the console enter the door infront and step on the platform to open another door infront, then dash through the door and head right until you've entered the door that's slowly closing down. You'll find a console inside, hack it then shoot the moving circle infront it will open a portal, after you enter you'll see a bomb cache that will drop infront shoot it and it will make a hole in the wall, go through it and then enter the portal there and then go left to hack the main console. It's so much faster once you've memorized the path and there's no need to solve the puzzles, just hack consoles and enter portals which is a no brainer especially if you have ciphers.
As a mid-end game player I have yet to see that 100x cypher blueprint in the dojo am definitely going to buy that when I get home. Thanks Neo see you in stream
@14:30 i have very poor short term memory. to the point where i get lost trying to follow and write the the 'simon' puzzle.order. record with phone or screen grabs? is my suggestiuon if any1 else has similar memory issues.
what sucker actually does the wall cling puzzle on lua spy? just go back through the portal once you open the door and that puzzle is destroyed and just go the same direction you would have
oh... another warframe spy guide.. assuming the latest update doesn't change the level design.... here is my additional guides for alternatives paths (perhaps you might wanna try it yourself later) 3:28 once all waterfall stopped, there is a pipe that you can open up and go through. this way you won't need to open that door. from the console in the middle of this room, if you turn around and go down left, you'll see it. 4:25 once you enter this room you can immediately jump up and go to the console room through the hole in that wall. it has a timed sensor. so just wait till the sensor is off. the sensor in the room swings back and forward. wait till it swing back and immediately hack the console. if you time it right, you can finish the hack before the sensor swing back (this is true even without cipher) 4:58: you can also jump straight up. there is an open pipe that you can go through that will lead you directly above the main console. the pipe has 2 sensors, so make sure you stay crouched (and don't equip any throwing weapons. your crouch height is higher) 5:54 shoot those panels and go up. if you do this you'll be in the room in front of that 1st console that you hacked. in the end of this room there is another group of panels (shoot them too) both this groups of panels and the previous one will stop the current. there is a platform that you can land there. you see it at 6:08. wait for the back and forward sensor before landing. from that platform, it is a simple wall run to the other side where a hole will drop you on that open vent (6:06) 6:10 if you go right and up from here. there is an opening in the ceiling. this path will lead you directly to the console room. there're some sensors that goes up and down that can easily be passed through. just wait till they go up and roll forward. 6:33 another option to this is to actually flood the room. when you enter the room if you look left, there're 2 pipes with glowing pipe end that you can shoot. shooting both will flood the room by 1/3 of the height and killed the grineer floating sensors (grineer didn't waterproofed their electronics lol).. as you're now on arcwing under water fine the other pairs of glowing pipe ends. in total there're 3 pairs of glowing pipe ends that you can shoot. if all pipes are open, water will flood the room all the way to the top floor where there is a landing platform right next to the console. 7:01 instead of hacking all 3 consoles. when you enter you can jump down to an area behind that middle console platform where there is a place where you can stand. in each middle platform foundations there are panels that you need to destroy. and there are path that will lead you to the other middle platfoms and the main console room (you'll need to some jumping obviously). destroying all panels will turn on the main console. 7:41 if you go right and down there is a path that will lead directly to the main console room. bypassing the door of the main room. 9:35 most of the time, the vent in the other side of this vent you're in will be open. if you can go there, it'll lead to the main console room (the broken vent door in that room). sometimes the vent above the main console room door is broken. going through there will also lead you to the same broken vent in that room 11:21 at the end of the stair in front of you there is a vent that you can go through. this vent will lead you below the main console room. there is a room with 4 giant light sensors down there that will turn on and off. you need to reach the hole at end of this room. so it is a red light green light situation. there are several hole on the floor that you can go to before the sensors turn on. once you reach the hole in the end, turn off the sensor permanently and jump up. you'll be in that center hole in main console room 11:33 cypher already comment about lua. instead of staying in 1 timeline, going back and forward in time using those portals will make things more fun. so try his alternative have fun.. ps: sorry for the wall of text.
A little late but... isnt there a console in the memory puzzle room, that lets you skip the memory puzzle ? I think you can even use ciphers on that one
4:25 I prefer to use operator mode & just ignore the sensors letting the alarm go off, I knew bout the first console turning 1 off but not the second thanks.
Thanks for the video and all the tips. However, it seems it's still easier to use a frame that has some invisibility since you spend most of the video invisible. 🤔 I'm going to hold on to the tips because I really like the challenge of Spy missions but I'll take a frame that has invisibility as part of their kit like Loki, Ivara, or Ash or simply use Remnant, Wukong, or Limbo. Another option is using Shade or a Huras Kubrow since they both can cloak you when enemies are near. 🤔
Learned the hard way to do spy missions, first thing I got was the huras kubrow then ash, then loki, then Ivara. All was fine except for the lua ones, lol these are truly crazy.
for a lot of missions, and not just spy missions, ivara is OP. min-max for ability duration and get ivara's special warframe mods, and you can practically never run out of energy, and just keep ganking for like 10 minutes. one of the few exceptions is with special enemies that can negate powers or rapidly drain energy, in which case all you need to do is run away and hide, recover your energy with an item, proc invisibility again and then snipe the special from afar
Is the game glitched or something? I usually have no problems hacking any of these things at any difficulty so far but for some reason when its a requirement on Neptune, it suddenly starts giving me unsolvable hacks? Particularly the one on the right side won't connect to everything it needs to no matter what. Again I've never had issues before so I'm kinda soft locked until they fix it or if someone can tell me I'm missing something????
