You did so well with the game! DNFs are needed, I sometimes count them with prompts, sometimes I don't. It depends how well im doing 😂 Im glad you liked Every Heart a Doorway. System Universe sounds like my kind of read, I will have to keep an eye out for it
Thanks! Haha. Yeah, I definitely think there are certain niches of litrpg you would like because of the cozy vibes, but they definitely aren’t all like that. Although, even the less cozy ones can still be comfort reads for me. I’ve noticed that the predictability of litrpg and romance as genres can be really relaxing, even if they aren’t what I typically reach for
I tried out my first LitRPG this year and I was shocked how much I enjoyed it. Definitely going to try and jump into some more next year. I read Book of Night and had a very similar experience. The world has so much potential.
It was the same experience for me this year with LitRPG’s! If you don’t have kindle unlimited I highly recommend getting it at least for a little while as so many are on there!
welcome to the dark side, once you start doing readathons it doesn't end then somehow you're participating in 6 in one month having the most stressful fun ever!
Lots of progress - DNFs are good progress too! So sorry Sabriel didn't work for you, but glad you found some books you enjoyed more.

Oh my god The Princess and the Goblin was one my mom read me as a kid lol.
That’s so cool! I had never heard of it until I discovered it on Libby recently, but I’m glad I did
lol I always count my dnf’s toward prompts because I refuse to keep trying to pick up the same thing. 😂😅
😂 I just felt bad for some reason so I kept trying on some of them lol. I must just like making things harder for myself 😂
