Nothing can compare to 2016 advent calendar from Essence. The final door has a full size eyeshadow palette, 4 full size nail polishes, full size brushes and eyeshadow pods. Now I feel like they put cheap products in a smaller size en nail stickers and hair ties which costs them basically nothing.
The lip liner is clearing waxy so that it can do two things. Help with any feathering or limes you may have, and helps you to stay within the lines when you put on lipstick. Took me a long time to figure that 😄
I wait all year to watch advent calendar videos from you. Since, we don't really get advent calendar here it is always fun to watch what brands are doing for the holiday season.

This was a big disappointment for me. Almost nothing I would use. Definitely not worth my money.
The box is adorable though. I love that concept.
I loved last year's Essence calendar, but I'm a bit disappointed with this year's one. No mascara or blush? Also why are the brushes so small? 😞 There are still products I liked such as the lipstick, lipgloss, lip balm, lip oil, all the nail polishes (I love matte nail polishes 😍), then the highlighter and the white eye pencil. I'm also intrigued by the eyeliner stencils as I'm not good at doing an eyeliner and I'd like to learn. I don't know if I'll get this calendar though...the price for the value... it's not great 😥 Thank you for making this video, your advent calendar unboxing videos always help me to choose which advent calendars I want to buy ❤

I actually quite like the calendar. The previous ones often contained only few new limited products and the rest was stuff that was disconinued that year. So they were stuffing the calendar with old near to expire products (especially fhe DIYS were like this)
Nice packagine, but the content sucked.. it was really bad ehh.. I am looking forwards to the Catrice DIY cos usually is good, even tho last year it was really badly selected and didn't like it..

I was excited about this calendar but now not so much. I think they skimped on this one and added an extra diy advent thinking teen girls would buy multiple. As a mom... I'm not funding 3 advent calendars from the same brand. I think it's a marketing fail.

Δεν αξίζει τα λεφτά του.. Εγώ προτιμώ τα. DIY είναι πιο ακριβά αλλά τα προϊόντα συνήθως τα σπάνε.. Αν τα βρεις άνοιξε τα να τα δούμε.. Πολύ ωραίο μακιγιάζ σήμερα ❤❤
Dont each box have different products, like every box is not the same? I oder one for this year on Saterday. Hopefully the product's differ from each calander. Because the products looks very cheap for the price I paid..Does any one know if each box is different? Because i have of all that producks , and why so expensive if they give such cheap profucks?

It looks like a Toss to me. Cheap, tiny products that look like no-sellers. I do not like it. It all looks just so cheap, not even 30 Euros worth. pity because Essence has some great products, like famous Princess Mascara, great eyeliners and Eye make up remover.
Not really into this calender. Essence should have filled it with more makeup than these products.
