Oh my goodness! That eyeshadow is gorgeous on you! Blue eyeshadow was also popular in the 60s...my mom used to wear it. I'm glad there are a lot more choices in blue shades than there were in the 1960s. The combination you used was beautiful. 🙂

Blue! It was all my mother ever wore when I was growing up and the very first eyeshadow my sister and I were allowed to wear. WOW! Looking back at those pictures! 🤦♀️😧 Today we are blessed with so many beautiful variations of blues at it sometimes doesn’t even stand out that you are wearing that shade. I myself simply love the navy blue in Sigma’s Beauty and the Beast palette. Stunning! The blues in their Cinderella pallet are also magnificent. Recently, while we were visiting my oldest daughter, I picked up the Morphe smoke and shadow 9W pallet. One of the most gorgeous pallets in blues and grays. I got it on a whim to go with a top I had just purchased at Marshalls while there. Had not brought eyeshadow that would go with it l. Love! The spectrum is endless.🩵💙🩶

But I’ve not worn blue for many years though, I’m older than you and have more wrinkles but I followed exactly as you applied and I got the palette you are using here. You’re right those blues are sooooo pretty! Because of my age I don’t go with the too bright blues but these were gorgeous. I forgot how much I love the right color of blue eye shadow. I was inspired and after rummaging through palettes found a Morphe palette that has two pretty blue colors I can play with. Lol I’m 67 so we’ll see how it goes 🤞🏻🥴 BUT I did purchase the MAC Fresh Moroccan and wow!! I love it. (From a previous video) My two favorite reds are an Urban Decay and a Loreal Colour Riche. Both are very bold blue reds. I can definitely see myself wearing this beautiful frost red that is more sheer this Summer!! My other reds I usually just wear in specific holidays etc. I always leave your videos inspired and smiling 😘💕🌺🌻 HugZ!!
Gorgeous look on you!! And you make it look SO easy to do. Blue eyeshadow is definitely difficult to work with. I'm 60 and have fair/light skin with pink undertones. Loving the the blue on you! I remember the 70s style light blue eye shadow. My best friend had light blonde hair and looked fabulous on her. I find that greens are difficult to deal with. For me, they usually are way to yellow.

Beautiful look! How do you know when you have enough foundation on? This always stumps me.
Thank you🥰 Great question! The goal is to even out your skintone so everyone's coverage needs will be different. I always recommend starting with just a thin layer of foundation all over to start. Then if you notice any redness or imperfections that are still peeking through, you can go over those areas with a little extra foundation or concealer💙

Yes, I have an "eye color" series but still need to do one for hazel eyes. I'll convince one of my friends to come and be my model😘 In the mean time, try purples and golds on your eyes and see what you think!
