This was a wonderful time with your family. I can’t believe how grown your son is! Great day finding all of your treasures. Have a fantastic week ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜
Cool finds! It looked like a great day with your kids. Wow, college fund? They’re not the little ones running on the beach at the end of your videos anymore! 😄 (Yeah, time flies, I know). Have a great rest of your week and see ya on the weekend. Your friends from Nawth Jersey, Carolyn and Tom
The last time I remember a drought in the uk , we walked to an island in the middle of the reservoir. The place was flooded in the early 50’s , but the items on the island were amazing and finds were abundant from the old flooded village , including a water run mill for flour . Also roads and housing ie; labourers cottages . ❤
Spent a lot of time at Spruce Run. Every Mothers Day we would go as a family to fish the Lake in the 60's, 70"s and early 80's, Love the pipe stem and insulators.
Good morning Matt. Wow! The water has dropped down so low. Good time to go hunting for relics. Neat in finding the stem of a pipe bowl. A neat exploration there. Have a great week.
Hellooo from Ioooowwwaaa, that was a great video during the week. Interesting finds. Great seeing your family on the trip with you. Your kids are growing 🤗
Check out Northern Mudlarkers they live near where the pipe stems came from. They are lovely ladies who do a lot of mudlarking . Love what you and they do.
There's a strange haunting quality to reservoirs. One near me was created in the 1950s, and it supposedly covers a village and several farms. I haven't seen any sign of the remains, though. It looks like you had a good time exploring, even if the finds were few!
@@tomlord8814 agreed!, there is another one nearby that also was an old 1700’s town that had some mysterious deaths associated with it, actually I thought I was at this one but was wrong. Trying to get there this weekend. Thanks for watching!
Yes agreed, although I might still give it a go, I can get a permit. There is another close by to this one I will have to check out. Interesting fact, I know there is plenty of fishing there.

Nice change of scenery.
Exactly. 👍
Good morning its so dry that we have a big fire in Lakewood New Jersey its hard to breath
Ugh, hope they get it under control quickly!
What you need is a metal detector , perfect place to have one ❤
This area is not detector friendly, permits, rules , etc.
If nothing else is found, on your adventures to the old town under the reservoir, you found a 1st pipe stem bucket list item already 😃
Yep, it’s a score.
Wow you’re in a severe drought!!!
It’s not a huge problem yet Sandra, but we are hoping for rain 🌧️!
Pipe😂😂😂😂
👍
That black thing looks like half a roller off of a boat trailer.
That’s it!!!
I was hoping for a blobtop or two…..
Me too!!!!!!!
That was interesting. Too bad you can’t metal detect. Oklahoma has the most man made lakes in the US. They flooded forests and towns.

That was a different mudlark sorry you didn’t find older stuff
@@leilanidewitt7442 ah no worries, it was an amazing trip nonetheless…..the old stuff is out there!!!
