Jimmy can learn more techniques too, since hand to hand combat is the main in bully, Jimmy can learn more fighting skills than cj, and can increase punch damage by going in the boxing club.
Heres one fact bully has so many cut features that never came to the game like example if you lose fighting Edgar Jimmy will be dropped to the acid later on this was removed to the game

GTA San Andreas became one of the best selling and most popular games in the world because of its massive size, adult themes and incredible sense of freedom. Rockstar making their next open world in a much smaller, compact fashion and putting it in a game that intentionally restricts your freedom in several ways and also (by the way) is set in a SCHOOL, was such a ballsy move that I don’t think any AAA studio would have attempted in the modern day. Rockstar being willing to risk it with games like Bully is why I loved their early work. I enjoyed RDR2 and I’m sure I’ll love GTA VI too but I will always miss those early days of Rockstar when the company was still willing to go in completely unexpected directions and still release unique amazing new games almost every year.
To be fair RDR2 for its slower paced open world and realism was a massive risk with such a high budget. Of course the ps2 days they where able to take many risks games like Manhunt, Bully and The Warriors really helped them come up with some innovative features. San andreas also has many features that modern open wolrds lack.

Either way Rockstar mare the game they wanted with RDR2 just like they did with GTA4. Its to bad Agent never came out as sure that game would have had some unique features. you were wrong about one detail, cj can learn boxing, karate moves in dojo, boxing ring and his moveset then becomes more varied than Jimmy's like he can also hold opponents, kick them and such
In san andreas on pc if you go to the gym and enter a boxing match when you beat the opponent you learn a new technique/fighting style which you can use by locking into a target and clicking enter button, you learn new styles in different gyms in different areas
