I had the The white anniversary model 800 series same darn thing it did sound very good like that and it was sought after people wanted to rent it out all the time if I wasn’t using it it died if there was a fire four years ago in Santa Rosa and everything burned all my marshals that were vintage and that baby they were all sweet heads may they rest in peace all that was left was a pile of ceramic magnets from the three stacks and4chassis with melted glass on the bottom of them from the tubes

I just bought a 2203 and a 1960a used in almost brand new condition yesterday, both for 1800 WHAT A STEAL! One of my buddies told me if he ever wanted to sell it he would let me know, and he needed money ASAP. He gave me the price, I didn’t even make an offer. I couldn’t refuse at 1800. The amp sounds so fucking beautiful. It’s so chunky and has an almost like percussive sound when you palm mute. Kinda reminded me of like hitting a Tom really hard. I literally almost creamed myself first time I played it.
I’ve been playing for 18 years, and I’ve been rocking an underwhelming 100w peavey valveking for wayyy too long. I consider myself a professional player and now I finally have a professional amp that’s my style. I was looking at a Friedman BE100 or anything that sounded like a Marshall… and I scored big!
HaHa....I think I scared the neighbors with this one....please remember to wear ear protection...I've listened to too loud music for too long and my hearing is stuffed. .actually...I think Dimash"s high notes finished it off..lol... you are young...look after it and you will have it a long time👍👍
