Is it ok to ask about too many symptoms in just one same question? Wouldn't that confuse the patient? And also if for eg he says yes i have I wouldn't know which symptom is he referring to !
Can we give topical ibuprofen in case patient refuses oral tablets?

ideal patient , however imagine a patient with backache where we suggest physio , where there is an eight weeks waiting list and it is only ph consult
