Crit wound mechanic exists in both Luo Xiaohei and Saga. The same bug should be able to work with the kitty, but harder since Luo Xiaohei can't burst like Saga.
Boss has a 2nd phase, but Saga's 2nd skill instakills any enemies in Wounded state, triggered by 1st talent. Somehow, the boss getting instakilled by it prevents the 2nd phase from happening.
It happens bc u can actually attack boss while he is preparing next phase, and that causes Saga to instakill him since his hp actually dropped to 1 and he got "Crippled" effect from her talent
@@ttn6359also the boss phase number depends on the stage he's fought on IIRC, with the first stage only having 1 phase for example, so the coding for that may contribute to the bug too
@@farellaksmann8659 Smoke and mirrors/ shallow surface level stuffs. "Different UI" can be said for a lot of things in this game, yet if the function is the same then, again, smoke and mirrors. Overtuned enemies ala max risk cc in both PO and this, stage is just dollar store FN redux with less boss travel path/ time. "Leash/ chain" gimmick is taken from Sarkaz caster and the "imprisonment cage gimmick" is just Sarkaz Wither Devourer's gimmick tweaked to work on multiple units instead of 1 enemy tied to 1 ally unit. It's literally just HG slapping multiple of existing gimmicks into 1 unit. Outside of the boss sprite, the "mechanics" is a hodgepodge of stuffs we already know albeit now compounded with bullshit numbers.....

I think it favorise the timing letting Saga damaging the boss right when he enter the regeneration fase start, when he's still at 1 hp
