This is the best example of why we need sex education. It's clear parents are doing a bad job at teaching it to their kids, and most probably don't even try. When grown adults like this woman who can't even say the word "penis" without blushing to other adults, how can we expect them to answer a child's question on the subject?
I grew up in California in the 90's and wasn't taught sex ed at the age of 6. Steve is so full of crap. 4th grade is when we started learning about the reproductive system. Even then it wasn't graphic. I remember being in 5th grade and the sex ed portion of an education book was stapled closed. Parents could opt their kids out of being taught sex ed.
