The back unit with the tanks on it is a 'flying boat'(?),mine came with the tail pin broken or badly molded as well,so I had to repair it,surprising as the rest of the kit is so very well manufactured and engineered.
I got the HMM Iguan, which has the same frame, but is for some reason a lot cheaper. It does feel pretty floppy, especially on the chest to waist connection. That one little polycap feels like it's fighting for dear life when I try to pose the upper body.
Hm. The tail and the legs seem to be the star of the kit based on how detailed they are. I have the ptras bomber, and given how small these kits are, they are very cumbersome and hard to play with without things failing off. The joints seem to be weak, despite it surving the shake test. Odd kits. Anyway, nice review!

I've heard the extra head, booster, and big gun can be put together to make an additional side build. It would be a little extra Zoid military vehicle of some sort. Edit: Oh, it looks like you did put those pieces together.
Too bad it's a little pricy and the limitation of the articulation and fragility of the pegs make it less than it could be. It would be a nice little army builder zoid.

Try the HMM Iguan and Pteras too, should be around the same size. Same fun building experience :)

i got him for Christmas one year (the original version) and ya know for a zoid with not much screen time let alone victories he was and still is fun
