And the incense is probably burned at the temples where the flowers were collected. Beautiful cycle!

Its not a cycle incense dont make the flowers bro, they just buy em
@@SoulAir they buy the incense and flowers for offerings at the temple. They burn the incense and the flowers are collected to make more incense. So it's a cycle because the flower incense ends up back at the temple.

Pray to cows and man made objects . That’s just me though.
Did you ever think that God is a figment of human imagination? In that case, any “God” is a man made object…
There’s more to this world and this universe than something revolving around “man”. We’re quite insignificant in this universe. So how much significance does an insignificant bacteria’s opinion have on you? But how much impact does that opinion have on the bacteria. Life is about perspective. That is what Hinduism teaches.

Hope they're paying these women properly.
I'm thinking standard labour costs. These women used to be trash pickers, so basically dirt poor. I'd say a big change.
I'm just glad this is one of the safer jobs they could have while making barely any money at all, but I still 100% agree that they should be paid the wage they deserve, which I doubt is what they're getting

Atleast they have a better job than a waste scavenger. Definitely way more hygenic.
@@Katharoniwhich everywhere was like America, but honestly we don't even know if their culture will allow them to keep the money. (As in the money going to their husband's/parents)
Finally, I hate when I see these videos and it turns out that the workers are paid pretty much nothing, while at the same time they’re the backbone of the business. All while the corporations that own these companies make boatloads of profit. This business seems to actually care about both recycling and the workers they employ, and it’s nice to see women in this country doing a job that makes them proud and helps them support their families. 😊
Well not every country is like USA so it is better than nothing and these women are happy to have a revenue even if for you it is nothing for them it is food on their table
it pays better than the garbage scavenging they did before... wdym?
It didn’t say anything about the welfare or the salary of the workers so how can you assume something like that?
It's up to the citizens to make changes in their own countries
They do get good amount of money .
All of the incense smell is great . Been using the cones and sticks for over a year after I read about the business somewhere to show support but ended up loving the product.

Producing pointless jobs for low pay isn't building a better future lmao.
@@baconscoobysnacks3135 Well, it’s not from the US perspective. India has 1.4 billions of people. It’s pretty hard to find job for all of them.
@@andjelkozlotvor that may be true but my point still stands lol. More low paying jobs isn't the answer. People glorify more jobs putting more people to work, instead of finding ways for people to survive outside of the work force, pull people out of the work force and allow them the opportunity to enjoy the short life we all live. THAT should be the goal, not paying people 2$ for 8hrs a day making incense that'll make back double their weekly wage per pack for the company. The work force is a facade for modern day slavery.
@@baconscoobysnacks3135 Are you some kind of communist? I appreciate your altruism, but that's not how the world works, comrade. In order to have private planes, we need some slaves. Do you think the pyramids were built by aliens? Slavery is a political and socio-economic phenomenon as old as the oldest civilizations... and never stopped to exist.
This is beautiful! What a fantastic company.
Holy work- they better be bountifully paid
It's commendable that they are not using machines and generating more employment for the locals.
Amazing 👍🏻
Alternatively a society could use machinery to loosen up time for people while providing the people with a universal basic income. You make it sound like machines are the enemy of humanity when they could be tools that maximize efficiency while providing a society with greater creative freedom.
Lmao as if any corrupt country with machines would care enough to provide a basic income
This service is conducted by a business, where is the incentive for the business to contribute to any form of UBI? Machinery isn't bad for humans or businesses, but let's not act as if UBI is an actual universal solution. @connorgrynol9021
@@jameslcowan see, here’s the thing, and your response makes it clear you don’t see the problem: businesses are not necessary. Your comment makes it seem like the existence of a business is self evident but that simply is not the case. Developing countries can industrialize without the implementation of industry, counterintuitive though it may be.
The simple fact is businesses are actually parasitic towards people. A business, as an entity, must see human beings as resources instead of… well… people. The value of humans is determined by how much they can spend or how hard they can work and for how cheaply they can work for. With profit being the sole motive, businesses will proceed to drain resources (including people) as much as possible while attempting to hoard as much wealth as possible.
You ask where the incentive is for businesses to provide people with basic needs. There isn’t one. We are nothing more than a tools to them. Hence businesses are parasitic. The transactional nature of businesses create the illusion of symbiosis, but in every transaction, a business will always get a little more than they give. And it builds up until people have nothing left to trade and businesses consequently have nothing left to offer.
@connorgrynol9021 We're not going to see eye to eye on this and I accept that going in.
I'm a business owner, I own a few. Every person I started with made more money and acquired more opportunities through hard work. The 'technological revolution' that has supposedly threatened employment has been ever-present. To generalize all businesses as being parasitic is narrow-minded but I empathize with your cynicism.
I've seen what providing undeserved income to communities has done to my people (black people), living off of the government, and being a slave to regulation is by no means a way to secure longevity or a higher quality of life for human beings.
Although I find your viewpoint to be hopeless, I find it idealistic of you to create fictional scenarios where the dismantling of the capitalistic structure of humanity (not just the US) would be to our benefit. Whenever I encounter individuals with a perspective such as yourself, they just come across as entitled and/or lazy. People tend to be parasitic by nature, I mean look at you, you're demanding everyone should get something for free so your life could be easier without the expense of any burden placed upon you.
I’m obsessed with the fact that so many companies are finding ways to recycle waste, hire women, and bring jobs to areas in need ❤
