Excellent teaching, Paul. I so appreciate it, especially after we played a 5-player game this past Saturday. All five players were learning the game - after a 90-minute setup and teach, the game was about 4 hours. While the game length was a slog, we all came away wanting to play again (just not right away :-) ). And, with less players, of course. Having 5 players meant that hubs more easily scored 3 points because all the development tiles were placed by the end of the game. At least in our first game scores had a wide range, 16, 23, 30, 39, 46, indicating (to me at least) that there is a little imbalance at high player counts. We'll see how that theory is proven or refuted as we play with 2, 3, and 4 players. As always, massive thanks from afar, Paul. You are respected and loved amongst the worldwide tabletop gaming community!
The metal coins replace the cardboard coins from the game - except that there are only 5 metal 10s vs. 9 cardboard ones. The other metal pieces are terminus markers, 2 per colour, and are shaped like the Terminus subway logo you see on the front of the box. (An aside. It might just be me, but I think that as the developers are local to the Toronto area, the logo looks very much like the logo for the Toronto Transit Commission - TTC - which is our subway system.) The other metal pieces are a subway car, 1 per colour. At Breakout this past spring, the developers brought in a rushed copy of the game, and one of the other players I was playing with mentioned that the subway car, with the slot on the bottom, could be used to align the rail pieces. The Kickstarter bonuses also include upgraded resources, including construction cones that are actually little cones. Also, I backed it on day one, so my name is in the inside of the box lid.
Just watched 5 minutes and went looking for the game in online stores 😅 Another #iblamePaul victim 😆 Going to watch the full video later. Looks like a really interesting game. Thank you Paul 👍
Great video. Very concise and informative. I'm still going through the rules, but have one question that might be solved by rereading them...are you allowed to do only *one* of the actions in each zone, or can you do as many as you have the resources available?
Mine just arrived on my doorstep. Opened UA-cam to find a tutorial and you were already there waiting for me 🙂
Did you get a notification?? So excited for mine!
Created just for you :)
@@don_dad I got a courier notification but I had no idea what was coming 🙂
I came, I watched, I ordered!

Excellent instruction. You really are superb at this. Perhaps you could do this for a living. 😀
Good idea!
Adrian from the pod was singing this ones praises on our upcoming UKGE episode so great to see there's a How To Play vid on this already. Nice!!!!
I backed this campaign. Thank you for making this video! It will definitely get this to the table faster upon arrival.
Another great how-to-play video. Hope to get it to the table soon.
As usual, another great video explaining the game by Paul. Keep up the amazing work 😎.

Just in time ... my KS copy (metal coins, rails and markers are sooo nice ...) has arrived yesterday ... 😉
What do the metal components replace from the base game?
I'm not sure. I only have this version of the game.

Learning games with the help of Paul = happy life.
Great video. How long did it take you to build that 3d puzzle in prep for this video? :D
days! :)

You can only choose ONE of the actions, but you can do that action as many times as you want (i.e., buying permits)
@@GamingRulesVideos Thanks.
Do the types of markers do anything on de demand track? Or are there agendas that interact with them?
I think just points at end of game.
The graphic design in this game lacks contrast, all colors and vector graphics blends together into a much.
