Watching this made me realize, is it just me or does Chloe seem to have an oddly high quality model? For one I don't think there's ever a time when her mouth doesn't open while she's talking like I've noticed with other V-tubers. The shadows seem to work extra well, her movement seems more fluent where as other hololive girls seem to be a bit stiff when they turn. It just feels odd when you notice it cause it makes you realize the other members could use an update so she won't stand out too much.
Could be the rigging is better? Or she looks at the camera for the tracking software to work? Maybe a little bit of both and newer hardware to keep up as well?

You'll be surprised to know that some of the smaller agencies or groups have 2D models that far surpass the standard stiff-shouldered models Hololive is generally in use of. Hanayori Girls Dorm, now defunct as a group - had exceptional mouth tracking with every syallable they spoke Propro (Koinoya Mai) and kawaii productions (Amano Nene / Lua Asuka) - have exotically beautiful models that expresses their faces well, including shoulder and hip sways, though the mouth tracking is standard but not stiff. Those are just specific examples of ones I follow
