PVC Heat Welder

Our new PVC Vertical Blind Heat Welder uses digital heating technology to maintain the two heating elements at exactly the set temperature.
The elements stay on, one on the top and the other underneath, to give a much quicker (approximately 2 seconds) weld time.
The result is a perfectly flat and consistent weld on PVC and many other materials used for vertical blinds. The unit comes complete with a sliding backstop for quick setting of the top and bottom pockets. It can also be set for welding the sides of sealed in weights.
