i feel ya pal ,have gone to school without sleep ,it suck 😧 maybe put off the devices hours before sleeping,or just put on a timer if you're listening to some music,it might help .. well hahahah who am i tryna to give advice , I'm responding to this at 4am, while i had to work in a few hour 😂 anyway, it might help sometimes, use timer while listening to music so you wouldn't have to turn it off if you fall asleep..
