Wow. A sad, but fitting end. Absolutely no words except I have to thank you for sharing all of this with the public, I'm very grateful that I got to see this side of the story. Though it's very disappointing that we never got to see what became of all of this ingame, I'm so glad that we now have your work to go off of! I should make some fanart of this soon, hmm.
There are still traces of moonjumper at Vanessa's mansion even in the finalized version of the game My personal theory is he still exists -when the prince was locked up in the basement -he became moonjumper -then the soul, snatcher came out -then the moonjumper is a shell -moonjumper is part ghost, part physical Bring the moonjumper into hat in time 2
I suppose that's it for our poor prince, then. I'm glad to have been able to see your story to its conclusion. It's satisfying in its own way (especially after sitting on some of it for almost two years after that lousy video of mine somehow got 50k views :p)
A final note to mention. The painter would survive and be found by Starlight, as depicted in the older work " The fallen star " Their legs would be gone, burned away by the fox fire in the fall, but they would be cleansed of the last of the presence in them. And for what it's worth, I was always grateful for your curiosity.
@@MyStickWorld I'm honored. Cut content is a deeply rooted fascination of mine because I'm always curious about "what could have been." The stuff you've done has helped me answer that question in a lot of areas for A Hat in Time.
I really liked the moonjumper story. It sounded more interesting. I'm just mad that he didn't make it into the finalized version Making snatcher the prince just feels shoehorned at the last minute
I have to feel a slight pity for the presence; it can't do what it's done, obviously, and if destroying it is the only way, fair -- but it's something that seems kind of uncomprehending of what it's doing, and more hurt and scared than anything, at least when it started. So just a bit sad it couldn't end up changing :[

A sad yet fitting end for Moonjumper. And it’s awesome to see the prince and Vanessa back to normal!
