SCCA Hawaii - Toyota Yaris Autocross 9-17-2023

Autocross SCCA Hawaii 2023 Race #8
Last race (for me) of the 2023 SCCA autocross season! This course had me a bit confused in the beginning, trying to figure out which direction I wanted to go (clockwise/counter-clockwise). Luckily I linked together what I believed was a good run on run #3 and was able to send it on the last run for my fastest run of the day! Participating in the NASA/Circuit Hawaii autocross event the day before this definitely helped so I'm super happy with the result!
This 2023 season was a blast and full of new experiences! From installing and testing new parts, to trying different setups and strategies. I can walk away from this season with nothing but a smile on my face because I was able to push both the car and myself further and further than ever before. Racing is all about trying to improve and become better and better and always finding new things to push yourself more. I'm happy to share this hobby with you guys and I hope you stick around for more videos!

Hey, I own a Toyota vios, and I would like to give you a suggestion Try not to use such phone holders which pinch onto the aircond vent. It will cause the vents to break, and those vents are pretty expensive to replace. Try to use windscreen or dashboard mounted phone holders

I only use the vent holder during normal street driving. When I'm at atuocross, I have a windscreen mount that holds my phone in place because it also records the main view you see in the video
