Fixed Excel small size but working very slow

Thank you very much. I had difficulty using it on my new laptop and Excel 2019 and Windows 11 so I applied your method to the original Excel 2003 files on my old laptop which has Windows 10. I then copied the files to my new laptop and they worked perfectly with an extra advantage. My files were all over 6 megabytes. The file size was reduced to 1 megabyte.

Why my CTRL+G search look like it keeps looping
first, it is loading for quite a while...
after that, it select the invisible shapes, alot of it
then it goes unresponsive
after a while, it is unselect everything instantly
then reselect a lot of invisible shapes (same location)
then it goes loading again
after that, it is unselecting everything then reselect it again...
and it keep goes on...
