I genuinely don't understand why there isn't a straightforward answer as to whether virtual marriages (when both are in the same room during the ceremony, for example) are suitable for immigration or not. I've been reading a bunch of resources, and everywhere there are evasions from giving a direct answer on whether such marriages are suitable for immigration. I'm concluding that it's not as simple with these marriages for immigration, and it's better not to play russian roulette and enter into a genuine, live marriage.
