I gave up LOL. CPU settings default and ram at 6800 the single core on a 13900K boosts 5.8 CPUz Single core 847. Set ring to 3.8 set Efficiency Core to 2.2 Cores all lock to 5.6 I get 915 single core score. This is on a Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX. All bios have the same results.
I have a asus dark hero motherboard and intel 14900k cpu and asus 4090 vga with 0x129 update still have a issue crashing in Fortnite game when i try to enable ray tracing option any idea what's the problem?!
have you read what Intel said? They said that if your CPU was already affected, the new microcode update 0x129 won't fix your CPU! You need to contact Intel or the company that made your PC if it's a prebuilt, and ask for a refund or RMA. I got my i9 14900k RMA'ed and it took only one week to get a new one (new CPU traveled from Netherlands to RO).
@George-Chris Correct a micro code is NOT going to fix low quality silicon. Egos pushed the chips to hard out of the Box. My fix since day one set Ring to 3.8 set Ecores to 2.2 Pcores to 5.6 Power limit 150. Problem solved as far as stability goes. In my case XMP 7200 never worked correctly so I manually tune 6800.

Try install nVidia drivers three times in a row.

Lock the cores to 57 ratio and see what happens - if it works with RT then CPU needs to be replaced - if not then it may be something else.
Ram. Just load default Ram speed to 5600 and retest. XMP is hit and miss on ddr5. You may have to fine tune Ram.
