Jab tak ap ko aapka visualization real na lagne lag jay. Din m ek ya do bar kar sakte hai. Rat ko sone se 5 minutes phle kro to jyada accha hai. Visualize karne k bad kuch time tak social media you tube Tv se dur rhe to accha hai
