Doing a relaxing word search from a positive/inspirational themed puzzle book; alternating between soft spoken and whispering.
Triggers also include book tapping, page flipping, paper sounds/marking on paper.

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) can be described as a tingling sensation formed on the scalp and travels down along the neck and upper spine. These "tingles" can be triggered with a range of audio & visual stimulus. Although not everyone experiences the "tingles", many people still use ASMR as an aid to relax, unwind, and as a way to help them sleep 💤😴
