- In today's #ASMR video, you are given a few simple instructions that you can follow along with your eyes closed. This video will contain light triggers that you can see through your eyelids as well as some sound-based triggers such as guessing which sound you hear or counting how many times you hear a sound. Additionally, as it has been HIGHLY requested, this video is entirely whispered with zero soft-spoken segments. As always, thank you all so much for watching and I hope you enjoy the video.

Normally I'm bummed that you post on Mondays because the nights I need help sleeping the most tend to be Sundays so I have to use an older video while the preview of the upcoming one taunts me :D but rn I'm home sick so my sense of time is all over the place, I just remembered it's Monday and this is exactly what I need to feel less awful

Sam what about uploading shorts too? Can help to reach more audiance as yt alogrithm isn't being much nice I'm noticing from long ago.
I'm not sure if this has changed now but uploading shorts on a long-form video channel used to negatively impact performance. I'm pretty happy with where my channel is at the moment performance wise so I don't feel a rush to try this out. Any shorts that I make go onto TikTok.

Yeah it's sad really. Unfortunately with UA-cam's new changes, creators no longer have control over pre-roll or more importantly, post-roll ads. So now all of my videos have them whether I like it or not. I used to turn them off but I can't now without removing them completely. 😔
