GUSS wins Henty Machine of the Year award - Henty 2023

An innovative autonomous sprayer has taken home the most prestigious award at the Henty field days 2023.
What looked like a rocket ship sitting right in the centre of John Deere dealer, Hutcheon & Pearce’s stand at the Henty Machinery Field Days 2023 is in fact an autonomous sprayer hailing from California, USA.
The sprayer comes in three configurations, the Orchard GUSS, Mini GUSS and Herbicide GUSS. No operators are required to drive these machines - all farmers need to do is map their fields, set these units up and off they go.
According to Hutcheon and Pearce, these units will save farmers plenty of time and costs and solve a glaring issue on farms - labour shortage.
