I feel that awareness as a silent space around me, that is always there.
And I am geting a slight feeling, that my body is in that silent space which is somehow also me. And I got to a conclusion that I just need to pay more attention to that silent space and it will become stronger.
Hopefully I am on the right path.
Thank you for the guidence Sunny ❤

I've been involved with self-inquiry for more years than I would care to admit, but this was an especially compelling and helpful teaching. Thank you.

OMG! You went SO deep into emptiness in this video! There cannot be anything clearer than this.
Some of my most subtle personal selfs that were in very deep hiding just got a big wisdom-light shine on it after hearing this video!
Now that I saw them. I cannot un-see them again. 😂
    Much blessings 🙏🙏🙏

Hi Sunny, you can abide as awareness right here and now, but the mind that has tendencies to go outwards should be trained to concentrate and focus as well, otherwise it's easy to run after objects and things in the 'world' again.

That’s what meditation is for. Both developing focus and experiential wisdom.

I know you touched on the fact to not identify with anything that comes up, but what if you’ve had a dysfunctional and depressed mind for so long and have had zero to no motivation or desire for much - abiding in awareness feels to keep that little to no desire and motivation in place quite strongly. In this case, wouldn’t it be helpful to garner the motivation to continue with self inquiry?

Why do you keep changing the title of your video?

How come we can’t see that the questioner is the culprit …

Thanks Sunny that was excellent! "I" sometimes practice Self inquiry with my eyes open, either sitting comfortably on a chair or mindfully walking around my home. Would eyes open reduce the efficiency of the practice?
