If possible do minimise tofu for your mum, i myself suffer from thyroid problems and was told to stay away from tofu. Btw the nut is chestnut and the red berries is called goji berries.

That nut is chest nut and is found in Uttarakhand and the first root vegetable is found in North East India .. and the red one in the packet is Goji Berries, that i saw first in Shanghai.Everything which is found in China is very much in North East India ..I used to stay in Shanghai ( both Puxi and Pudong area) for more than 3 years and for me its another home away from Home as it was so similar even in culture and food .. I miss Shanghai so much
