Love the videos keep it up. Main thing I used to teach young pilots was to fly your ass over the target. We also were trained to attack a runway at a30 degree angle to increase our odds of cratering the runway in case our azimuth was off. Of course we were releasing at higher altitudes such as 2000 ft AGL in a 15-20 degree dive. CCIP = Constantly Computed Impact Point. Radar Altimeter not Radio Altimeter
What I do: First I select bombs on thr 2nd row of buttons, S and P should appear below, and to activate CCIP, I use the same key binding as for ACM boresight in Air to Air mode. Works for me.
@@grimreapers I tried this and I could not get my mark and drop line on screen after I pressed CMD forward. Also, when I tried to do rockets I could also not see targeting marker. I am missing something important but do not know what.
Cap I just got the mirage but in the controls menu I don't have "Weapons Fire" on Gun Trigger, has there been an update since this video was released? Can't find any other controls that suggest they are for weapon release and gun trigger doesn't seem to do anything.....
@@grimreapers Figured it out, they now have three "trigger" controls. "Gun Trigger" and then (I forget rh exact names not at my machine) "Trigger Stage 1" and "Trigger Stage 2" (search stage they'll come up). Stage 2 releases the bombs.
*IMPORTANT Changes To CCIP (July 2021): ua-cam.com/video/GNIcGMtdiZs/v-deo.html
*CHANGES TO CONTROLS Nov 2021:
"Weapons FIRE/Bombs Release" to "Trigger 1st Stage" & "Trigger 2nd Stage"
"STT/TWS Toggle (Target Lock)" to "STT/TWS Toggle" & "TDC Depress (Lock Target)"
"PRF Selector High" to "PRF Selector HFR"
"PRF Selector Low" to "PRF Selector BFR"
"PRF Selector Int" to "PRF Selector ENT"
you can raise the seat to see the impact point better in the hud
thx

CCIP Only works with Mk82 SnakeEye, Mk82 will only work with CCRP.

What kind of targets is the Beluga good for? Can it take out armour, or just soft skinned vehicles?
Just light armour as far as I can tell.
And troops.
Thats the old Mirage...
I have just modified the old vids to take into account the new controls
