I’ve watched countless reviews on this mattress and yours was the only one that actually gave usable, decision-making information that was better than the typical, “I think this is a good mattress because (insert marketing jargon here).” The way you broke down the heat transfer and the reasons why it’s desirable to have the mattress at a certain temperature was so freaking helpful. Best review on winkbeds ive seen. Great job. I am bigger but I like the idea of the soft version. Am I right that u said the weight limit is 350 pounds for the all three standard versions? And that is per person correct?

Louis, how does this mattress feel and what firmness did you get?
@@J-ZIM it's been a while since I ordered I don't recall, but it's a very good mattress...I'm 6' 2" and 250 lbs, it's very comfortable, to date no sag and it has stayed firm around the edge of the bed, I sleep to one side all the time...I have back issues so this has been a great matress for that support.

I've read on more than one occasion of people complaining about this bed because they feel the micro coils underneath and sending it back.
So you would not recommend this luxury firm model for people that weigh 130-300? Also does the gel layer retain heat like other mattresses do?
Firmness has a lot to do with preference, but those who carry more weight often fare better with a firmer mattress as plusher products can cause excessive sinkage. The gel layer works to release trapped heat, and this product did an average job keeping me sleeping cool.
I love my wink bed. It sleeps cool, I would recommend the luxury firm! I've had mine about a year now, love it. It just as good as the beautyrest I used to have for 1/4 of the price.
