I own and enjoy Summer Pavilion and have access to the original Azul to play it whenever I feel like it. I prefer Summer Pavilion but even so the Chocolate version is tempting... I definitely don't need it, but I kinda want it haha
In my gaming group, we call forcing someone to take a bunch of tiles they can't use "nuking them". That's probably not politically correct, huh? Meh, private group.
Fun game I've only discovered because of your channel - thanks!
Though in your playthrough, you missed moving a group into the centre at 6:16 ;)
Lol fair, thanks!

You made a mistake by not moving tiles from the workshop/depot to the middle at 6:12. Still great review!
My family loves this game. But it can be so frustrating, especially in a four player game.
Yep, I like it at 2...at more I feel it's a bit too victim to random chance.
My most played game of the year. Easy and quick to table. I agree, the base Azul is the best one I’ve played so far.
First game that got me into the hobby. Love some azul!
It's spitefully delicious :)
Ty for the video!
Absolutely :)
Great review and great game. I love the chonky pieces! 🐷
Yep :)
Best at 2. Good at 3 as well. I’d rather not play it at 4, too random

It's delightful when it happens :)
This game should never go more than 5 rounds. Once you figure this out the game is falls apart.
I think what you mean, is that once the table figures this out, it becomes a fast, beautiful, cutthroat game.
Falls apart? Someone still has to play better than everyone else.
I wouldn't say it falls apart.
