Dude, official Yamaha dealership in my city (country is Poland) is literally putting aftermarket pipes (Akrapovic, Mivv, Leovince, SC project, whatever you want) on brand new bikes and making a little profit on mark-up. No warranty voided. We talking even non-homologated ones.

I think it doesn't have to affect the motorcycle's warranty but I'm not very informed about that.
