If you dont want to go in the branch then go for icici. But if you can go to branch for any issue then bob is good.

I have lodged a complaint with BoB today. Awaiting their response.

Received an generic response apologizing for inconvenience and to re-try. Nothing mentioned about e-PAN. I however made another V-KYC attempt which obviously got rejected again. Escalated the complaint to Level 1. Awaiting response.
Also lodged a grievance on pgportal.gov.in too.

We wish to inform your that use of printed copy of equivalent e-document including e-PAN is not valid for the V-CIP as advised by the RBI.
The question now is why Income tax department issuing ePAN if it cannot be accepted?
People should start filing RTI.

yes they also rejected my pan because my pan has my aadhaar photo and due to this they can't identify me because my aadhaar card 😂.
They said you have to go branch and have to file a new application.
But the question is why they don't open zero balance account offline 😢
