How can you miss out the BEST part of the action which is the actual take down then suddenly cut to the lions feeding. Great footage but the cameraman FAILED to film the best part.........
Sad for the other giraffe. You search endlessly for the love of your life and then when you finally meet them, they get eaten by a pack of lions. Typical.
the other giraffe watching the feeding was a young male, probably a friend from the bachelor herd. the female filmed earlier was long gone, and probably now pregnant. These stories are put together from an anthropological point, and rarely represent real animal behavior.
You know that way big cats sit half down with their front legs straight out flat on the ground, the Trafalger Square lion pose? I think they do that because their legs can pick up vibrations from potential prey walking by and precisely locate them at night. I realised this watching a wildlife video which was filmed in infra red at night and the wildlife narrator pointed out an antelope with a white hot patch on it’s rear which they said was a muscle injury and then to their astonishment the lions singled that antelope out and caught it and they said the lions must have heard it limping but I think they felt it limping. By extension if this is true then big cats will know when their captured prey has died from the stopping of a heartbeat. It’s scientifically accepted that elephants communicate over long distances using infra sound picked up by their legs so it’s certainly possible.
this was an Old male giraffe. they often develop heart conditions that prevent escape through speed. they instead rely on swift and brutal kicks to the lions, but this old guy knew there were too many, so perhaps he could out pace them in the heat. Not today!
Lions will eat anything like gazzles , implas, Bush pigs, warthog, baboons, buffaloes, zebras, hearterbeast ,, tortise, hippos, wilderbeast, girrafe, or even spring bok or elephants
this is extremely dangerous work for the lions. So easy to get hurt. Once you are hurt as a lion your life is over. Hunting giraffe is a specialised task. Only a few prides tackle it. Also this is two different videos spliced together. I have seen the original where the giraffe is taken down.
Oh my goodness!! The magnificent lions took down the tallest land mammals on the Earth..,the giraffe again??Bravo!! Incredible works.of the superstars of the African wildlife...Thr Incredible LIONS!!!😢
That male giraffe should have kept a low profile. But, some giraffes want the flash, the chicas, the champagne, they want it all, they won't last, like Tony Montana

JEEP RIGHT...but much sadder is that many "Wildlife-Channels" following this CUT OUT WAY!
This is different videos sewn together to make seems one video, not obvious for you?
This is one of the best documentaries ever of the wild simply cos this explains distractions of life represented in the wild. This so cool to watch

Nahh mate. That giraffe will be back on tinder in 24 hrs
Fk the lion!

I laughed out loud, but then I was sad :(
The female giraffe steals the scene with the the unspeakable sorrow in her eyes. Pity.
11:45 the poor giraffe watching its friend get eaten😢
is that Auntie May being eaten?
7:13 the girrafe winks😉

That’s an amazing feat, bringing down a male giraffe.👏❤️🇺🇸
In South Africa Kruger park, Kgalagadi transfornier park male lions ( in coalitions) hunt huge bull giraffes more often than other place.
why are you so happy about it grandma?? your comment is actually disturbing
Where is the action? was so excited for that moment, I feel cheated.
Yes!?
One moment, the male giraffe thinks he going to get lucky, the next - he’s being devoured by lions. Brutal nature!
The part where they brought the giraffe is always missing.
What dirty shenanigans are going on in these documentaries.
@10:35 I appreciated seeing the level of athleticism this lion demonstrated.
The giraffe should have kept a low profile.
ha ha ha?
Some giraffes want the flash, the chicas, the champagne, they want it all, they dont last, like Tony Montana
I am always amazed by the majesty of wildlife.
at least he got his leg over before he became lunch
not a bad way to go...
The price u pay for being horney
There is no proof, that the lions took down the giraffe! It‘s not filmed!
It's always like that , they show a little bit of attack and the next they show giraffe is downed. Almost as if it is a setup.
It was to graphic to show most likely that’s why.
@@sonic4918 I was just sarcastic.
You are right. And that‘s why people get a wrong understanding of nature.
They show the intestines being devoured but not the take down which is not so explicit.
Guys it showed the lioness finishing it off. Giraffe was not dead yet.
I don't understand why this adult giraffe runs slowly while before I could see how fast those little ones run fast😢

Not today!
"The Lions hasn't missed a moment of this lovers' tryst" 😆
Tryst: an agreement(as between lovers) to meet.
Lions Eat better than us
its actually a setup trap by a female giraffe...instead of she being eaten by the lions.
Wonderful nature, movie...
It’s rare to find clips of lions in Tanzania!
Giraffe Is Not hunted By lion
Giraffe Shot down by Camera
Mans team
Haha

Sad the takedown wasn’t filmed. People gonna say the giraffe was shot now
Doubt that
You know, I don’t doubt that it was.
Survival of fittest 🙏
Too bad for the male giraffe. Choosing sex over caution,he fed a whole pride of lions
10년도 넘은 영상이네요.그리고 먹을땐 아기 기린이야 왜

The fruit brings the impalas, the impalas bring the lions! The fruit brings the monkey, the man/woman brings the seed! Who’s really in charge here?
😢
Allahoakbar ❤
Waste video...!
Yeah nature can be cruel sometimes.
how can people believe a good deity created this world where animals suffer
What a stupid comment….
Gotta blame Adam and Eve for ruining things
It looks as if the giraffe was already dead because we don't actually see the lions taking it down
