I going to give y'all the real on AB. It's like what my man Sean said AB has always been quick from the waist up and he fought this fight like old AB with the high guard walking you down. But he ain't old AB no more. Old AB didn't start the fight in the high guard walking you down. Old AB opened up with the Philly Shell and the shoulder roll seeing what you got and taking the steam out of you while picking his shots. This older version of AB can still see the shots but the window to get off is closed by the time he reacts. It's like watching Mosley Sr. at the end. Mosley just couldn't pull the trigger in those later fights. Mosley would hit a guy with a good shot, flurry, and rush in smothering his own punches and giving the guy a chance to cover up or hold and recover. Mosley and AB were both quick from the waist up and good athletes but the footwork wasn't there. All footwork ain't good footwork that's what Tank is talking about with Shakur, we praise Shakur's defense but Shakur's defense is mostly evading with his feet, he's not slick defensively like a Whitaker or Toney.

Have to disagree with Zitel on the part that Frank can match him in certain areas. He may have speed and athleticism but that doesn’t mean he can match him. The eye test shows you tank has more in those areas, plus better accuracy and timing. While I do think it’ll be a good fight, I also wouldn’t be surprised if Tank washes him.

Texiera is really durable and is only 33. Zayas just made him look worse than he is. Only person I remember making texiera look that easy was Castaño. Ppl also have to realize Zayas is 21. All these other guys they are putting him in the same sentence with are like 26,27. Thought Zayas looked great

Now one thing that I disagree a lot of the reference from the guy with the long hair, putting Canelo with Clarissa as an athlete that became humbler or more approachable in the later part of career. In the sense of Clarissa I can agree with that but if you see Canelos, that is so far from the truth. Look at Canelo interviews on the later part of career and he’s not humble at all. It’s not even confidece. He’s just so full of himself to the point that if you ask the questions that the great majority of the boxing world want to hear His answer, he’s just a dick about it. Yea he has had a good career fighting a lot of great competition but just like Floyd was told he did, Canelo fights boxers on their way out of after bad loses. Contrary to Clarissa Shields that only fights the best available opponent always, for the biggest possible fight for the biggest possible reward and still has a ladylike, confident attitude and is very honest even when having a bayass excuse my spelling on that word, but having bayass for fellow fighters on several fights.
