- Get an idea of what it was like spending Christmas eve & Christmas aboard a Royal Caribbean cruise ship. You'll see various holiday décor (including a few for Hanukkah) throughout the ship, as well as themed food items in the buffet & main dining room. There were also special entertainment events and even a Christmas eve midnight mass.
These were from our 8 night Christmas 2021 cruise on the Odyssey of the Seas.

Christmas on a cruise sounds like a dream. Less hectic and no stress with or without family members since there will be no cooking nor cleaning. I kinder like the idea- no wonder it’s always more expensive to go on cruises during the holidays especially Christmas. Thanks for sharing this great video!

My children and I will be taking our first cruise , my husband has been before,on the Anthem of the Seas leaving on Christmas Eve! It’s my middle sons 10th birthday so very excited. I’m also excited not to cook this year 😂😂

We are on that same cruise. Dec 24th out of Bayonne. Will be our first holiday cruise. We are so looking forward to it. Maybe see you on board!!!

Hello David and JoAnn.....We love Christmas cruise, we have been doing every year, we have one B2B on Harmony from Galveston Dec 10th and 17th , 2023 and also Harmony from Galveston in 2024.
Hi Asif & Maria- it's going to be very festive on the Harmony for the holidays! Not sure if we'll be on one of those but we'll see.
I'm think of doing this next year. Do you know if the decor is up all December or only near Christmas?
From our experience, usually cruise ships will start putting up Christmas décor the week after Thanksgiving, and they usually don't take them down until after New Years.

They did have a Santa one morning but we missed it, but little man did get his gifts 😁🎅
Is the evening mass non-denominational?
I could be wrong but I believe that was a Catholic mass

the carolers were horrible because they all looked as if they DID NOT WANT TO BE THERE!!!, MAYBE NEXT YEAR THEY'LL HIRE BETTER SINGERS!!! And put the in choir robes or dress them as elves because the treet cloths thing was a REALLY BAD IDEA!!!!!
