Birs-Dip, 8th of January 2022

Solo Birs-Dip on the 8th of January.
5 minutes of cold exposure. Today I was mentally struggling, I was on my own and had to set up the camera in order to get it done. I was tempted to check the time on my watch but I resisted and waited for the 5 minute vibration alert on my wrist.
