  • Welcome to the NEW Ontario Market Update formatting for the Canadian Real Estate Channel to keep you informed and up-to-date on the top regions you should be investing in, in Canada and how those markets are changing month over month.
    As you will see in this video, we have realtor investor experts on the channel from the Waterloo, Windsor, Hamilton, & Niagara Regions to provide a quick snapshot on what's happening in their regions and the major things you need to know as a Canadian Real Estate investor!
    The goal with this new format is to create a side-by-side comparison of what's going on in various regions across Canada which will be followed up with subsequent deeper dive videos with each realtor over the coming week.

    If your investor why not just put 30% down and buy properties in the states would be easier to be cashflow positive

      There are good arguments for investing in other neighbourhoods, areas, and even countries. One of the arguments against that would be the inherent lack of power team in an unfamiliar market (great investment focused realtor, lawyer, mortgage agent, trades, market knowledge, etc). The reason most investors invest in the backyard is they believe they have some kind of competitive advantage there. Go somewhere else and you’re competing with those that have that edge. Not impossible, but not simple either. You’ve definitely got to find a balance there.
