I like them both. Mengascini has better sound and higher quality overall, but the sound and tuning of the Giulietti works better for those old Finnish tunes, as it is closer to the sound of accordions from that era.
@@nikohanninen9924 Thanks, Niko. I am looking at buying a Giulietti, but have also considered the Mengascini. Bugari is making the Giulietti now and the Traviatta is a special order. I wish I could respond in Finnish, your English is great! I play C chromatic and have a Dise (1954 Pigini) and a 1950's Rosciani, Frosini style (3 rows). Thanks for your time.
No problem at all! A couple more thoughts regarding that matter: I bought the Giulietti only for the special tuning, and Traviata is the most popular (and almost only) model here with that sound. Mengascini accordions, at least the models which are (were) sold here, are really high quality in every aspect, compared to other manufacturers. Of course that depends also on the models etc. but at least everyone I know have been very happy with Mengascinis here.
Komiaa soitantaa.

Which accordion do you like to play, the Giulietti or the Megascini?
