Stainless steel tea strainer easiest cleaning, as for absolutely any steelware is to soak it in hot water mixed with vinegar, baking soda, dishwashing liquid & keep for 30mins to 1hr...after that little scrubbing with scotchbrite or toothbrush will sparkle any steel ware.
This also works well for aluminium...for aluminium instead of dishwashing liquid add washing powder like surf

You can add this tip if you like in your next video. To clean the sponge mat -I use water with 1table spoon detergent (any brand) and 1 table spoon Vanish powder, bring it to boil and leave it for 15-20 mins. Wash it with tap water and it's spotless clean. I don't need to scrub it later.

The best tip is to just rinse with water immediately after using if you don't have time to wash just clean the tea powder from it and it will never become black because if you burn the strainer like that on gas the iron particles in the strainer will burn and become weak and when you rub it with the brush they become more weak and when you strain tea from this strainer the iron particles will get mixed with your tea and you will unknowingly consume it
